Use of primers promotes topcoat adhesion and helps prevent chipping, cracking and peeling. Use of these primers eliminates the need for multiple coats of enamel finish. Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover Primer Sprays feature an advanced spray system that allows you to spray at any angle, even upside down for those hard to reach areas. Contains a comfort spray tip with a wider finger pad to reduce fatigue caused by continuous spraying.
